1. The Standard €50 Web Design Package

Our basic €50 website package is designed to provide a fast, professional, and cost-effective online presence. This one-time fee includes:

• Design & Development: Creation of up to two (2) web pages (e.g., Home and About Us).
• Content Integration: Placement of client-provided text, images, and contact information.
• Hosting Platform: The website will be built and hosted on a free platform (such as Wix, Weebly, or similar).
• Domain Name: Under this basic package, the website will use a free platform subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.wixsite.com).

2. Custom Domain & Premium Hosting Upgrade (€10 / Month)

If the client wishes to connect their own custom domain (e.g., www.yourbusiness.com) and remove third-party hosting advertisements, they must upgrade to our Premium Hosting Plan.

• Cost: €10 per month, billed monthly or annually.
• Includes: Connection of the custom domain, premium server hosting, and basic SSL security.
• Note: The client is responsible for purchasing the actual domain name from a registrar (unless otherwise agreed), while the €10/month covers the hosting and connection maintenance.

3. What is NOT Included in the Basic Package

To keep our initial design costs accessible, the following services are considered premium add-ons and are subject to separate billing:

• Logo creation or graphic design editing.
• Creation of social media accounts.
• Advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Google Business Profile setup.
• Copywriting or translating text.
• Ongoing updates or changes after the website is officially delivered.

4. Revisions & Delivery

• The client will receive a draft of the website for review. The €50 package includes one (1) round of reasonable revisions (e.g., text corrections, color adjustments, image swaps).
• Upon approval of the final design, the full €50 payment is required before the website is published live or before access credentials are handed over.

5. Post-Launch Updates & Maintenance

Once the website is successfully delivered and live, the project is considered complete. Any future requests to update text, change images, or add new features will require our Maintenance Subscription (€10 / month) or will be billed at an agreed-upon hourly rate.

6. Client Responsibilities & Liability

• Content Ownership: The client guarantees that they own the rights to all text, logos, and images they provide to us. Lisbon Travels IT Services is not liable for any copyright infringement caused by client-provided materials.
• Platform Uptime: For the basic free hosting package, Lisbon Travels IT Services is not responsible for any server downtime or technical issues caused by the third-party hosting platform (e.g., Wix).

By proceeding with this project and submitting the initial materials, the client agrees to the terms and scope of work outlined above.
